Project Financing

We at "SPARKS" provide services of Project Financing, which is essentially the compliance of formalities for arrangement of finance/loan from sponsor which are primarily Banks. Such finance/loan is required for funding of a start up business or extension of the existing business or arrangement of assets or for working capital requirement in form of start-up loan, working capital loan or term loan, etc. 

We are having expertise in preparing Financials, Provisional and Projected Financials and to maintain the basic ratios, which is pre-requisite for application for loan from banks for your project finance.



PROJECT REPORT:

Project Reports consist of various reports. In order to facilitate the project financing, we are providing the following reports:.

(a) Project Report: is submitted to the banks which contain the detail of the project for which finance is required. It contains brief on the proposed business along with its actual & projected financial supported with appropriate reasons to show the strength of enterprises to repay the loan within agreed time.
(b) Feasibility Report: is an evaluation and analysis of the potential of a proposed project which is based on extensive investigation and research to support the process of decision making.
(c) Credit Monitoring Arrangement (CMA) Data: All nationalised banks require CMA Data, which is prepared to determine the borrowing capacity of the borrower business entity.
(d) Credit Appraisal Memo (CAM) : This is balance score card of the borrower to determine the loan eligibility.
